Chocolate lava mug
Now for some pudding. Ok so I'll admit I also have a sweet tooth at times, and I truly believe that a bit of sweetness is good for the soul. But in true Cafe-B style lets make something deliciously healthy.
1 Tbs raw cocoa powder
2 Tbs coconut oil
Dark chocolate 4 pieces
1 whole egg
1 egg yolk
1/4 cup whey protein powder (vanilla/chocolate/plain) or cocoa powder
1/4 cup coconut sugar/granulated sweetener
1/2 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt
1 Tbs Almond butter
Pre heat oven to 180•C
Coat 2 ramekins with coconut oil & cocoa powder
Melt the coconut oil and dark chocolate in the microwave until smooth.
Mix together all other ingredients and carefully pour egg mixture into chocolate/oil mixture and fold.
Fold in the whey powder until well incorporated.
Divide the batter between the ramekins until 2/3 filled, place a tsp almond butter and 1 little chunk of dark chocolate into the centre.
Place into the oven for 10 mins until a crust forms.
Remove & let it cool for 2 mins
Enjoy smooth melted goodness.
