Super food brekkie bowl


40g or 1/3 cup rolled Oats/Quinoa (gluten free) or Chia seeds (Low Carb)

1 or 2 cups hot water

Pinch of salt

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/2 Banana

1 Tbs Goji Berries

1 Tbs Chia raw seeds

5 crushed almonds

1 tsp raw honey or stevia drops


Into your favourite breakfast bowl, place the Oats/Quinoa or Chia seeds along with the hot water & a pinch of salt, let it soak until fully swelled and soft, (You may need to pop the Oats/Quinoa into the microwave for 5 mins to cook through until soft. If you choose Chia seeds they will swell without additional heat).

Sprinkle the Goji berries, raw Chia seeds & honey/stevia over your porridge

Top with sliced banana, crushed almonds & almond milk

Anna's Tip: I add a dash of vanilla essence & cinnamon to the porridge whilst soaking
