Chia pudding

Chia Pudding Porridge

The perfect porridge after a hot hour of exercise, or if you feel like a sweet spicy but healthy treat. Full of antioxidising goodness. This recipe is also Vegan friendly.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup milk (or any other creamy liquid, like unsweetened coconut, or almond milk)

1/2 cup water

1 tsp pure vanilla essence

3 Tbsp sweetener (I used granulated Splenda or Stevia)

1/2 tsp cinnamon

3 Tbsp chia seeds

1/2 cup fruit for topping

 

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a jar and cover jar with lid.  Shake ingredients until mixed well.  Let sit for 10 minutes or so, and shake again.  Let sit in the refrigerator for an hour or so, or until chia has gotten thick.  Top with fruit. Serve...and YUM
